The machine rises and falls by electric eye induction automatic control layered rise, automatic positioning, tank by electric eye control automatic out of the tank. The diaphragm cardboard of each layer can be extracted manually. Empty pallets are automatically stacked.

Scope of application: metal wide tank for vertical drop while water spraying
Characteristics：The machine is composed of a box slide rail and a spraying device, etc. The empty can is composed of the upper part of the tank body and the lower part of the tank body. When the first part passes through the slide rail, the empty can is inverted. In the second part, the spraying device continuously sprays out sterile water to flush the empty can. The empty can in the third section is drained in the slide rail; In the fourth section, the empty can is returned to the top of the tank mouth through the sliding rail and sent to the filling machine into the tank conveyor belt.

All material meet the requirements of food hygiene, and the tube of departing water SETS adopted imported stainless steel quick connection-peg. Adopted wearable waterproof material POM, sealing parts adopted silica gel material, wearable and ozone-proof.
Spraying inside and outside of bottles, adopted imported cone spray nozzle, equipped down gathering water tray and above water tray in washing bottle area, equipped stainless steel shield in washing bottle area, preventing washed water spilling.
Bracket of bottle-holding gripper and turning section adopted stainless steel 304, which made by several working procedure, block of bottle-holding gripper adopted rubber model material, wear well.

| Filling valve | Filling valve is piston filling type. Under filling valve is a turning valve to control fill or not. Fill or not finally determined by bottle entering into filling machine or not. No bottle, no filling. Also there is a proximity switch detects bottles. Material level detects by material contactor and through magnetic valve to determine adding material or not. Two conditions in material tank: low level and high level. When machine works automatically and material level is low, then add material. When it reaches high level, stop. When customer need adjust filling height, rotating the handwheel in the inner part of the rack. |
