Delivery of Tomato Sauce Filling Line to Venezuelan Customers

Recently our factory finished manufacturing and testing a full set of tomato sauce filling line. This week, the tomato sauce filling line will be delivered to our customers in Venezuela. The entire production line includes filling machine, capping machine and labeling machine.

This tomato sauce filling machine is a high-tech filling equipment controlled by microcomputer PLC programmable, equiped with photo electricity transduction and pneumatic action. We use servo motor control volume to ensure measurement more accurate. The accuracy of this machine can reach one percent error. The filling speed is variable and a show speed can be applied when close the target filling volume to prevent liquid spilling out. This machine has the characteristics of high automation degree and easy adjustment. If you need to change  the bottle size or filling volume, just change the parameters on the touch screen. This filling machine is suitable for all kinds of viscous material, such as vegetable oil, honey, jams, syrup, reparation, SC, machine oil and daily chemical products.
